Sneha Go Cabs is a cab and car-rental service based in Hyderabad, serving Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, operating from 3-83/B/16, Sri Rama Nilayam (B), Sri Venkata Sai Enclave, behind Karur Vysya Bank, Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500090.

You book by messaging us on WhatsApp or by calling +91 91334 55540. Any fare we mention before a trip is confirmed is an estimate. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your specific trip — date, time, route and vehicle — on WhatsApp. Please share accurate pickup details so we can reach you.

Outstation trips are charged per kilometre, with a minimum of 300 km a day. Tolls, State tax, Driver allowance are billed on top, at what they actually cost. You are given one total on WhatsApp before the trip is confirmed. A booking is confirmed by a 30% advance paid through Razorpay; the balance, including extras, is paid by Razorpay link, cash or UPI after the trip. One-way drops are charged on the route distance only, with no charge for the car's empty return. We pay Razorpay's fee; you are never charged a surcharge for paying online. Every trip gets a receipt; if you need a GST or company invoice, ask when you book. Local hire, free waiting time (30 min at a pickup, 60 min at the airport) and waiting charges after that are confirmed with your quote.

Every vehicle comes with an experienced driver; we do not offer self-drive. Seating capacities must be respected for everyone's safety. If the car you booked becomes unavailable, we will offer a car of the same or a larger size at the same fare, or a full refund of the advance if you prefer.

Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time, and give the driver reasonable notice of changes. Illegal or hazardous goods may not be carried, and the driver may decline to continue a trip where safety or the law is at risk. You are responsible for your own belongings during the journey.

We take reasonable care to run every trip safely and on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control, nor for belongings left behind in a vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any trip is limited to the fare for that trip. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change. Continuing to book with us after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
